The Faces were formed in 1969 after Steve Marriott left the Small Faces to form Humble Pie.The remaining three members,Ian McLagan,Ronnie Lane and Kenney Jones joined up with Ronnie Wood and Rod Stewart who had just left the Jeff Beck Group.
Along with bands such as The Who and the Rolling Stones,the Faces were a big influence on future generations of Rock musicians.
