Jim Capaldi (2nd August, 1944- 28th January, 2005) was an English drummer,singer and songwriter.
He co-founded the Psychedelic Rock band Traffic in 1967 with Steve Winwood.He co-wrote two of Traffic’s top ten singles,’Paper Sun’ and ‘Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush.’His biggest solo hit was with a cover version of the song ‘Love Hurts'(originally by The Everly Brothers) which peaked at Number four in 1975.
