726-Cream-Badge.
1969-Number 18 single.
Best Bit-At 2.11 The creme de la creme of Cream.
The song was co-written by Eric Clapton and George Harrison, who also played rhythm guitar. The title has nothing to do with the song.Clapton saw Harrison’s notes and misread ‘Bridge’ for ‘Badge.’The lyrics are not intended to make any sense. Many of them were taken from drunken conversations Harrison had with Ringo Starr, although Starr is not down as one of the songs composers.
