Sonny Moore better known by his stage name Skrillex was born on January 15th 1988 in Los Angeles.He started out as lead singer with the band First To Last before leaving and pursuing a solo career in 2007.The vocals on Bangarang are provided by Hip Hop artist Sirah who has also worked with Skrillex on some of his other songs including ‘Weekends’ and ‘Kyoto.’The title is a reference to the 1991 film ‘Hook’ in which the ‘Lost Boys’ catch cry is ‘Bangarang.’
